Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Notice Requirement: Clients are kindly requested to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Late Cancellations / Changes: Cancellations or rescheduling within the 24-hour window will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the booked service.

No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show (failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice), the full amount of the service booked will be charged.

Legal Compliance: This policy is in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
